"Xtreme Fitness has really helped me get started on my goal of living healthier.  I am overweight, have high blood pressure, asthma, and multiple aches and pains in my lower back, feet, hips, etc.  I have never really liked formal exercise.  I always had difficulty because of my asthma and I did not like to sweat or go to the gym.  At first, I was very reluctant and nervous about exercising with a personal trainer or working out with groups of people, but  Drew's encouragement, patience and motivation he really set me up for success.  His personality and determination is infectious.  He sees the potential in each of his clients' and makes them strive for the "Xtreme" - things they never imagined to do, whether its a new goal, exercise, or way of thinking or eating.  

Since begining the Xtreme Fitness Program and attending some of the various Boot Camps offered, I have lost 20 lbs, but more importantly no longer taking blood pressure medication, my asthma is under control, my aches and pains have decreased, I feel wonderful and I am motivated to continue with my success.  I couldn't have gotten such a good "jump start" on my long term goals of loosing weight and living a healthier, more active life without Xtreme Fitness.  I never thought I would say this, but I can't wait until my next workout!  Thank you Xtreme Fitness for changing my life!"

"I have been attending boot camp for about 8 weeks now.  The largest improvement that I have noticed is that I am more aware of making healthier food choices and trying to encorporate the exercises I have learned at boot camp into my daily life.  With children, life is busy, but with a little thought I have found myself taking the stairs 2 at a time, squeezing in crunches while the kids are in the tub, or performing lunges around the yard as the kids play.  I have noticed that I have been able to do more repetitions of exercises and can even do full-body press push-ups which I was not able to do before the program.  I look forward to the classes every week to see how much more I can push myself.  I enjoy the soreness the next day and remember with each muscle ache I am improving my health."

"Drew has been working with me for almost a year now.  I broke my foot in June of 2007 and was very limited with exercises for 4 months.  Instead of Physical Therapy I turned to Xtreme Fitness in October of 2007.  My first Goal was to loose 10 lbs by the end of the year.  My second goal was to run a half marathon in April.  I began working hard as he gave me a strength training as well as a cardio work-out progam to meet both goals.  I met my weight loss goal before Christmas (even with holiday parties) and I also ran the half marathon in April!  
I had run this half marathon in 2006, but I mostly trained for that run with only cardio work-outs.  As a result of incorporating strength training work-outs, this past April when I ran the race again, I found it easier to complete as I ran faster, and my legs were not sore AT ALL after the race!   
As an avid client of Xtreme Fitness,  we continue to set new goals for me."
