We begin with an assessment which we conduct during the initial appointment. We focus on your lifestyle goals along with answering any questions you may have.
For the assessment, we will discuss your current health and fitness level along with your lifestyle and fitness goals. This information will be used to design a program specifically for you. We will also talk about your nutrition, and discuss what things will need to be changed for you to reach your goals. This appointment will last 30 minutes prior to your initial appointment.
