Optimal Training


XTREME OPTIMAL TRAINING is personal coaching that will lead runners, cyclists, multi-sport athletes, other sprint and endurance athletes, or those just looking for a metabolic boost from their exercise routines.  This program will create incredible improvements in a short span without ever having to leave your home for an appointment.  This service is beneficial for those just starting out, and for those that are experienced in racing or other fitness conditioning.  This program focuses on preparing you for an athletic event, but may also add a personal touch on analyzing your lifestyle behaviors and managing your weight.  There are varying levels of communication, training adjustments, data analysis, and coaching interaction to help you achieve YOUR goals. 

Aaron and Christine, of Aurora, have over 35 years of combined racing experience and successful results.  Some of their notable races are the Timberman Tri Half Ironman Distance, New Zealand Ironman Triathlon, Chicago Marathon, Kona Marathon, Lost Dutchman Marathon, San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon, and the New Jersey River to Sea Relay.  They are tremendous coaches, teachers, and motivators, who will support and help you with whatever goal you have in terms of becoming fit or improving your level of performance for an event.   



JUMP START:

• One Personal Training session

Start-up phone consultation to discuss your goals, coaching needs and health history

Fully customized Race Training Plan containing 2-4 workouts per week and revisions to training plan if needed or an Introductory Strength Training Program

Weekly review of workout data and progression 

$150/4-weeks (recommended 6 months)  


If you want FLXF expert training methods but need less hands-on coaching, then Jump Start is the choice for YOU.


RAISING THE BAR:

• One Personal Training Session

• One Weekly client-initiated communication (Mon-Fri, 7am-9pm)

• Coach-initiated communication if needed

• In-depth start-up consultation to discuss your goals, coaching needs, and health history

• Fully customized Race or Strength Training Plan 

• Unlimited revisions of your training plan if needed

• Weekly review of your self-assessment and heart rate files 

• In-depth mental skills and race strategy training

• Basic strength training plan

• $250/4-weeks


Raising The Bar is desirable if you would like to enhance your current training program to achieve personal goals or participate in a competitive event. 

  

INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION 


This service is designed for individuals seeking professional personalized direction with their training, but who want to remain self-coached when it comes to day-to-day training decisions. Your Consultation with Aaron or Christine, starts with a 60-minute phone consultation. Based on your needs and to what extent you would like his help, he/she will then prepare for you a written report with his recommendations for you. Your coach will review your self-created training plans or other aspects of your own personal training planning. Your Consultation can cover any and all topics pertinent to endurance sports including any and all aspects of your training:  progressive regimen, sports nutrition, mental skills, uncover personal barriers, injury prevention, training, equipment, and race strategy.  Your coach will tailor your consultation to address the areas that will be most helpful for you $150
