Boot Camps are established throughout Tompkins and Cayuga Counties, with more in the process of being established. Boot Camp combines the expertise and benefits of one-to-one personal fitness training with the addition and motivation of working in a group with different levels of fitness. The ever-changing workouts emphasize abdominal and lower back areas, push-ups, medicine and swiss ball training, and cardiovascular training. Participants are recommended to provide their own floor mats.
