Do I need equipment?
Generally Finger Lakes Xtreme Fitness provides the proper equipment to achieve your fitness goals. However, if you have your own equipment we are pleased to incorporate it into your training program. We recommend that you have, on hand, a set of dumbbells and a floor mat.

How many times should I meet with you per week?
We understand that everyones had different needs and concerns. Therefore during your first session we will go over your goals and current physical condition and we together will determine a fitness schedule that suits your needs.
